This is a 1st-shift production opportunity with two distinct roles:
Hand Fabricator or Digital Cutter Operator.

This is not entry-level work and not a “we’ll figure it out later” situation. You’ll be hands-on, on your feet, and expected to follow process, hit quality standards, and show up consistently.

Shift: 6:00–8:00 AM start | 2:00–4:00 PM end
Pay: $18–$25/hr (experience decides)

If you work best with tools and assembly, choose Hand Fabricator.
If you prefer machines, precision, and automated equipment, choose Digital Cutter Operator.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on ovens, conveyors, packaging lines, and sheeters.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (PLC experience required!).
Ensure compliance with HACCP & GMP food safety standards.
Train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift leadership.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:

6 months – 2 years of maintenance experience (PM required).
PLC knowledge – even at a basic level.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Food manufacturing experience is a huge plus!
