Window Installation Helper (Training Role)

Full-Time | Day Shift | Hands-On Trade Work

This Is a Long-Term Career Opportunity

This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and stick with it. If you take pride in showing up every day, working hard, and doing things the right way—even when no one’s watching—you’ll do well here.

Construction experience helps, but attitude, reliability, and attention to detail matter most. This is not short-term or temporary work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting lead installers with residential and commercial window installations

  • Lifting, carrying, and positioning windows and materials (50+ lbs regularly)

  • Using hand and power tools safely

  • Prepping work areas and protecting customer property

  • Measuring, leveling, and double-checking work for accuracy

  • Keeping job sites clean, professional, and organized

  • Learning proper installation techniques from experienced installers

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable transportation every day to report directly to job sites

  • Strong attendance and dependability

  • Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn

  • Physically able to lift and carry 50+ lbs throughout the day

  • Basic experience with hand tools or construction work

  • High attention to detail

  • Comfortable working inside customers’ homes and businesses

  • Professional demeanor—respectful language and behavior are mandatory

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with woodworking, drywall, trim, or remodeling

  • Previous construction, labor, or trade experience

  • Customer-facing work experience

Professionalism Matters Here

This role involves working inside occupied residential homes and commercial facilities. Candidates must be courteous, respectful, and customer-service oriented at all times. Foul language, inappropriate behavior, or lack of professionalism is not acceptable.

Background & Screening Requirements

  • Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen

  • Ongoing or random drug testing may be required

  • Due to the nature of working inside customer homes, certain background findings may be disqualifying

Why This Role Is Worth Your Time

  • On-the-job training in a skilled trade

  • Stable, full-time work

  • Opportunity to grow into higher skill and higher pay roles

  • Work that stays in demand

  • A team that values reliability and effort

Before You Apply

This role is best suited for someone seeking long-term employment and trade development. If you’re looking for short-term work or something temporary, this likely won’t be a fit.
