PRODUCTION ROLES – 1ST SHIFT (TWO PATHS. PICK ONE.)
Shift: 6:00–8:00 AM start | 2:00–4:00 PM end
Pay: $18–$25/hr (experience decides, not vibes)
This is not an entry-level “see if you like manufacturing” job.
This is a hands-on production role for people who already know how to show up, follow process, and produce quality parts.
There are two different roles available.
You must choose one when applying.
If you can’t decide, this is not the job for you.
PATH A: HAND FABRICATOR
(Tools, assembly, hands-on work)
This role is for people who are comfortable working with their hands all day and don’t panic when handed a process sheet and a torque screwdriver.
You will:
-
Assemble, package, label, punch, and vulcanize parts
-
Use tools such as band saws, drill presses, cutters, sanders, torque screwdrivers, and similar equipment
-
Set up jobs, measure parts, inspect quality, and document work
-
Keep your area clean, safe, and organized
-
Train newer employees once you’ve proven yourself
If you’ve worked in fabrication, assembly, or light manufacturing and don’t need babysitting, this is your lane.
PATH B: DIGITAL CUTTER OPERATOR
(Machines, screens, precision work)
This role is for people who like machines, accuracy, and repeatability — not chaos.
You will:
-
Operate a Zund digital cutter or laser-based cutting equipment
-
Prep and laminate materials such as foams, films, rubbers, plastics, and tapes
-
Set up jobs, verify measurements, and run in-process inspections
-
Troubleshoot minor issues without immediately calling for help
-
Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams
If you’ve run CNC-style equipment, cutters, lasers, or automated machinery and care about precision, this is your lane.
HARD REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Read this carefully. If any of this is a problem, do not apply.
-
You can stand and work on your feet for a full shift
-
You can lift up to 35 lbs as needed
-
You can follow written and verbal instructions without improvising
-
You can show up consistently and on time
-
You can work safely around moving equipment
-
You are comfortable in a production environment with moderate noise
If you need constant reminders, flexible start times, or “light duty only,” this will not work.
PAY & SHIFT REALITY CHECK
-
Pay range: $18–$25/hr
-
Where you land depends on skills and experience, not how badly you want it
-
1st shift only
-
Start time varies between 6:00–8:00 AM depending on assignment
This is steady, long-term production work — not seasonal and not temporary.
