2nd Shift Junior Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing

Are you a hands-on problem solver looking to grow in your career? Our family-owned food manufacturing plant in Racine, WI is hiring a Junior Maintenance Technician with PLC knowledge and preventive maintenance (PM) experience to step into a leadership role in just 8 weeks!

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on ovens, conveyors, packaging lines, and sheeters.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (PLC experience required!).
Ensure compliance with HACCP & GMP food safety standards.
Train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift leadership.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:

6 months – 2 years of maintenance experience (PM required).
PLC knowledge – even at a basic level.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Food manufacturing experience is a huge plus!
💰 Pay & Benefits:

Up to $24/hr starting, with increases as you gain proficiency.
