Join a high-performance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment! We’re hiring Electro-Mechanical Technicians (Levels A, B, & C) to keep our cutting-edge production running at peak efficiency.
💰 Pay: Up to $49/hr + $5/hr shift bonus
🔥 Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
🛠 Perks: $400 tool allowance, 3 weeks PTO, 9 paid holidays, overtime at 1.5x pay, & production bonuses.
📍 Location: West Milwaukee | Immediate Openings | 6+ Positions Available
What You’ll Do:
✔ Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, and robotics
✔ Perform preventative & emergency maintenance
✔ Work with 480V 3-phase systems
✔ Rebuild, install, and optimize machinery for peak efficiency
Shifts:
☀ 1st: 6 AM – 3 PM
🌙 2nd: 2 PM – 10:30 PM (+$5/hr bonus)
🌃 3rd: 10:30 PM – 7 AM (+$5/hr bonus)
